Warm congratulations on the change of Yiwu Overseas Chinese Merchants Chamber of Commerce and the establishment of Yiwu Overseas Chinese Merchants Association

On August 28th, 2021, in order to play the role of overseas Chinese businessmen better, to gather the strength of overseas merchants, Yiwu city held a general meeting of the Overseas Chinese Merchants Chamber of Commerce and the establishment of Yiwu Overseas Chinese Merchants Association. Mr. Ming Wenxue, president of Coil Dragon International Group, was invited to attend the meeting and was elected as executive vice chairman of the Association.

Due to the impact of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, the organizers of the meeting  innovated actively and adopted the online election for the first time. More than 200 members from Europe, South America, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and other countries (regions) were invited to participate in the online election conference and finally elected the new leadership team successfully. 

Yiwu Overseas Chinese Merchants Association is a joint, non-profit social organization which voluntarily formed by overseas Chineses, returned overseas Chineses, Chineses from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, returned overseas students, related managers of enterprises and social organizations of overseas Chineses. At present, the members are involved in trade logistics, culture media, biomedicine, clothing textile, science and technology agriculture, e-commerce and other industries and fields. The main member are those who are of Yiwu origin and who have invested and started their business in Yiwu, including people from Wenzhou, Jinhua, Lishui, Guangdong, Fujian, Hong Kong and other places.
